The products can be returned in the following cases:

You have received another voucher / other vouchers: If you have been delivered a voucher other than the one ordered, please notify us as soon as possible about this, so that the voucher can be returned and replaced with the one ordered.

Unilateral termination of the contract: According to Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts (including subsequent amendments):

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the voucher.

According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts:

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of OUG No.34/2014, within 14 days from the day he comes into physical possession of the voucher.

The returned voucher must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, if possible in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Vouchers that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.

Exceptions

Contracts that have as their object the supply of product categories listed in art.16 of OG 34/2014 cannot be terminated

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The consumer informs the supplier of the decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the return form.

Within 48 working hours of sending the notification, the buyer will receive by e-mail the registration number and details regarding the submitted request.

Refund of amounts

The refund of amounts will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, transmitted by the seller (art. 13, points 1, 2, 3 and 4)

All this information will facilitate communication between you and Jepun Bali s.r.l., which is why we ask you to carefully check that it is fully and correctly inserted in your message.
